Services

  •  Free access to Wi-Fi, provided by Claro, by scanning the QR code available in the Information area and in the ground floor hall.
  • The Baggage Check service is available. 
  • The Museum has an Automatic External Defibrillator and personnel trained to use it. The device was provided by the VITTAL Foundation.

Information for your visit 

  • Small purses and backpacks (35 x 45 x 15 cm) are allowed in the rooms. If you enter with backpacks, they must be placed on the chest to avoid causing inconvenience with the rest of the visitors or friction with the works.
  • It is not allowed to enter the rooms with packages or accessories that, according to the Museum staff opinion, may represent a potential danger to the works and visitors (such as tripods or extendable arms for cell phones and/or cameras).
  • It is not allowed to enter the rooms with animals (except for assistance or guide dogs), food, drinks or plants.

Accesibility

  • The Museum is accessible for people with reduced mobility in all its rooms and floors, and has adapted services on the ground floor, the second story and the Pavilion for temporary exhibitions.
  • It has an elevator (door opening: 70 cm) to access all floors.
  • Wheelchairs are available at the Information area.
  • Accessible bathrooms.
  • Guide dogs, welcome! (Law No. 26,858/2013).

Within the Argentine Tourism Quality System, the National Museum of Fine Arts was distinguished in Accessibility Guidelines in 2018. The seal was revalidated in 2023 for the next three years.
